Site Manager role in the Operations Department team.
Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for overall site operations, including planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure profitable and timely completion.
Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders to address project requirements.
Lead and mentor site team members, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve performance targets.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of construction management experience on medium to large-scale projects.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent qualification.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management software and construction technologies.
