Description
Quantity Surveyor role in the Administration and Management team.
Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects.
Monitor project costs, variations, and progress payments to ensure budget compliance.
Conduct site measurements and valuations for interim and final account settlements.
Negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and clients on pricing and contractual matters.
Prepare financial reports and provide cost advice to project managers and stakeholders.
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related field.
Professional registration with relevant body (IQSK or equivalent) preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying on construction projects.
Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and contract management skills.
