Operate construction machinery including excavators, bulldozers, cranes, and loaders safely. Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance on assigned equipment. Follow site plans and instructions from supervisors to execute earthworks and material handling. Report equipment faults, damages, or safety hazards immediately to management. Maintain accurate logs of machine hours, fuel consumption, and work completed.

Valid certification/license for operating specific construction machinery. Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating heavy equipment on construction sites. Strong understanding of machine capabilities, limitations, and safety procedures. Good spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination for precise operations. Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing site conditions.
