Description
IT Officer role in the Administration and Management team.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure including networks, servers, computers, and software systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
Implement and monitor IT security measures, data backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
Evaluate, recommend, and deploy new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Train staff on IT systems, cybersecurity best practices, and software applications.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of IT support and systems administration experience.
Knowledge of networking, server management, cybersecurity, and cloud services.
Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems, Microsoft 365, and common business applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
