Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of IT support and systems administration experience. Knowledge of networking, server management, cybersecurity, and cloud services. Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems, Microsoft 365, and common business applications. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
