Oversee daily fabrication operations and ensure production targets are met efficiently. Supervise, train, and evaluate fabrication team members on techniques and safety practices. Review engineering drawings and plan workflow to optimize resource allocation. Conduct quality inspections and ensure all work complies with specifications and standards. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to resolve technical issues.

Minimum 5 years of fabrication experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Trade certificate or diploma in welding/fabrication or related field. Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate diverse teams. Excellent knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and quality control. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using fabrication management software.
