Supervise civil construction activities including earthworks, foundations, and structural works. Coordinate daily tasks for construction crews and ensure productivity targets are met. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to guide construction activities. Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Liaise with site managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.

Minimum 5 years of civil construction experience with 2+ years in a leadership role. Trade certificate or diploma in civil engineering/construction management preferred. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. Ability to read technical drawings and use surveying equipment.
