Trade certificate or apprenticeship completion in carpentry (minimum 2 years experience). Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively. Strong understanding of building codes and construction safety standards. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. Good mathematical skills for precise measurements and material calculations.
